At Mashala Shelter, we believe that every animal - no matter how small, scared, or forgotten - deserves love, care, and a safe place to call home.
Our story began with just a few rescued pets and a dream to make a difference. What started as a small act of compassion has grown into a shelter that provides food, medical help, and hope to hundreds of animals every year. Many of them arrive frightened, hungry, or hurt - but with patience and kindness, we help them heal and trust again.
Every day, our volunteers and caregivers work tirelessly to make sure each animal feels safe, warm, and loved. We provide not only shelter and veterinary care, but also the attention and affection they need to rediscover the joy of life. Seeing their transformation - from fear to happiness, from loneliness to belonging - reminds us why this work matters so much.
Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we have already found loving homes for countless dogs and cats. Each adoption is a victory - a story of second chances and new beginnings. Our Mission
Every day, countless animals are abandoned, lost, or left without care. Many of them arrive at our shelter frightened, hungry, and unsure if they’ll ever be safe again. But the moment they are welcomed through our doors, everything begins to change.
